I have been missing in action for a week here and I will explain why in a second, but first, I want to mention the winner of the Premade Blogger Template giveaway. And that is Sian Lloyd! Congratulations! I already sent you an email to hear which template you want to receive from me. I hope the new layout will look awesome on your blog!

If you have visited my blog and business shop on Etsy lately, you may have noticed that I created an entire section full of premade Photoshop logo templates. These are basically layered Photoshop files that can easily be changed by the buyer. They only have to open the file in Photoshop, change the logo text to a text of choice and change things like text color, text size, or illustration color.
An instruction sheet in the form of a .PDF file is also added to lead the buyer through these steps of change. And I only use free available fonts for these templates, so as a buyer you can download and install the fonts for free without any copyright issues.

In last Monday's post I already shared what I have learned in the two years that I have been selling on Etsy and today I would like to celebrate this two year mark with a little giveaway.
Not only was February 2014 the month that I started out with my first Etsy shop, it was also the month that I started out with this blog. And just like my Etsy shops, this blog has grown too in this time period. Thanks to all of you, my readers, of course!
While my blog may not be considered a big blog, or my Etsy shops may not be the most profitable shops on that platform, I have enjoyed the journey so far. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to read my blog posts and visit my shops. So in return I would like to give away one of my Premade Blogger Templates.

It's about time for a little celebration! This month holds the two year mark of selling on Etsy for me. On February 7, 2014 I opened my clipart shop The Dutch Lady Designs, followed by my blog and business shop Dutch Lady Digi Designs half a year later. And here we are, two years later, and just like I did last year, at the one year mark, it is about time to take up stock!
Even before I started out with my Etsy shops I was reading other people's blog posts about their selling experiences on Etsy. And while not all tips or experiences might apply to anyone, sharing my own experiences and learning process might help out others who think about opening their own shop. So let's see what the second year was all about!
